What’s for Dinner: Apple Edition

I recently realized I’m a bad daughter. My dad told me that he only ever buys Red Delicious apples. Imagine living in today’s world and only ever watching television in black and white. That’s life in Red Delicious homogeny. I realized I had failed him because I had not told him about all the wonderful apples there are in the world.

But truth be told, I didn’t realize how wonderful and varied apples were until a year or so ago myself. Once I realized the vast differences in taste between, say, a Braeburn apple and a Pink Lady, my world got just a little bit more colorful. So in this week’s What’s for Dinner, I’m sharing a fantastic, apple-focused menu that’s perfect for fall’s abundance of apples.
