As summer winds down, I wanted a dinner that would 1) be all about the carbs, 2) feature late summer herbs in an awesome way, and 3) be made up of ingredients that are easy to find. Of course, my soul jam–Smitten Kitchen–posted up a recipe only a few days ago that provided a center to this meal. And it was easy to make and pretty fast. The other meal bits were just as fantastic and added those herbs I was looking for.
